Our products
SAMA Wellbeing offers Ayurveda-inspired wellness and personal-care products, including the Morning Ritual Kit, copper tongue scrapers and natural body brushes.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and usage information. Product colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on screen settings and natural material variations.
Products are intended to be used in accordance with their supplied instructions and warnings.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Information on our website is provided for general wellbeing and product-use purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors. Where an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you and explain the available options, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. An order is subject to payment authorisation, stock availability and acceptance by us.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. Where payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Shipping and delivery
Orders within Malta are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Free standard shipping is available on Malta orders of €30 or more. Other applicable shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delivery, delays, lost goods or risk during transport.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions. Customers are responsible for direct return postage costs for eligible change-of-mind returns, where properly disclosed before purchase.
Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details of the withdrawal procedure, exceptions and reimbursement arrangements. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Product safety and use
Please follow the instructions and precautions provided with each product. Use personal-care tools gently and discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Do not use a body brush on broken or irritated skin.
Customers should seek appropriate professional advice where they have concerns about using a product in connection with an existing medical condition.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, SAMA Wellbeing's original website text, branding, photographs and other original materials belong to Copper & Cedar Ltd or are used with permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Where you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable under relevant law. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed, subject to applicable law.
